Sun 9 Oct. 3pm. Sapphire Singers Tenth Anniversary Concert in aid of the Amber Project for young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who self harm. Programme includes Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater for Soprano Solo (Nicola Harris), Contralto Solo (Anne Braley) and Female Chorus; and Vaughan Williams’ Magnificat for Contralto, Female Chorus and Flute. Tue 11 Oct. 7.30pm. Women in Harmony, Voicemale and South East Wales Clarinet Choir. (St Edward’s Music & Arts Festival).

Wed 12 Oct. 7.45pm. Cardiff & Vale Symphonic Brass. (St Edward’s Music & Arts Festival).

Thur 13 Oct. 8pm. Erik Satie’s Uspud. Piano/Organ Concert by James Ellis. (St Edward’s Music & Arts Festival).

Fri 14 Oct. 7.30pm. St Edward’s. Seren Singers Launch Concert. The launch concert for a new professional singing collective. One half choral repertoire performed by a professional chamber choir; one half gala-style programme of operatic soloists.

Sat 15 Oct. 11am. St Edward’s. Coffee Concert: Scott Baker (Guitar). £2 inc. refreshments.

Sat 15 Oct. 7.30pm. Opera in Situ Concert. (St Edward’s Music & Arts Festival).
